Robert Macias
Operations manager / U.S. Customs Broker
Robert (Bobby) has over 15 years experience in the produce logistics industry. His academic studies include Supply Chain Management, International Business and Marketing. Produce also runs deep in his roots, being 3rd generation in the produce industry, he hopes to continue to build on the family legacy. In 2020, Robert became a licensed U.S. Customs Broker.
Isaac Barba
GENERAL Manager
Isaac has over 15 years experience in the produce logistics industry. During this time, Isaac has built extensive relationships with 3rd party logistic providers and continues to build on that network. In 2020, Isaac successfully completed a U.S. Customs Broker Certification course at The University of Rio Grande Valley.
Evelyn Rocha
Accounting clerk
A Rio Grande Valley native, Evelyn plays a crucial role at FreshConnect Services overseeing the day-to-day Accounting duties. A graduate from The University of Rio Grande Valley, Class of 2023 with BBA Degree in Accounting and an Associates in Interdisciplinary Studies from South Texas College.
On her spare time Evelyn enjoys spending time with her family, close friends, and her dog.
Oneida Ramirez

US born and Mexican raised, A graduate from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV), Class of 2022 with BBA Degree in International Business and two minors in Asian Studies and French Language and Literature. She has experience studying and engaging in international environments such as South Korea.
On her spare time, Oneida enjoys spending time reading books and learning languages and cultures on her desire to one day to be fully engaged in global environments.
Jesus Esquivel
inland IMPORT / IN-BOND CUSTOMS COORDINATOR
Born in the US, proudly Mexican. Jesus is currently studying at the best University in Mexico (UNAM) with experience in Logistics and Customs Compliance, his studies include marketing and international business.
He also enjoys sports journalism on his spare time and travel to know more about culture and history.

Martin Esquivel
CTPAT / TRADE SECURITY Consultant
Martin has been involved in the international trade community for over 30 years. First starting off as a Merchandise Classifier, where he spent 15 years with the Mexico City International Airport. Followed by occupation in the Maquiladora Industry and Customs Agencies in the interior of Mexico.
He shares a wealth of knowledge in Foreign Trade. Martin is a regular speaker at conferences related to Supply Chain Security and International Trade.
Martin’s expertise of Mexico and U.S. trade security has been pivotal in the development and CTPAT implementation program at FreshConnect Services.
